Each shipment is handled with precision and care to ensure that our customers’ freight arrives safely and on schedule.
This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our position regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns for transportation and shipping services.
1. General Policy
All shipments, freight services, and logistics arrangements provided by Expo Logistics Group Inc. are considered final and non-refundable once scheduled, confirmed, or in transit. Due to the nature of the transportation and logistics industry, where costs are incurred immediately upon booking, no refunds, credits, or returns are offered unless expressly authorized in writing by company management.
2. Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before dispatch or pickup.
- Cancellations received after freight has been picked up or is en route will not be eligible for a refund.
- Any approved cancellation is subject to applicable administrative or handling fees at the discretion of management.
- If payment is collected we change a processing fee if a cancellation is to happen and be refunded.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances, such as proven service errors or failure to provide the agreed service due to factors within our control.

- Approval of any refund must come directly from Expo Logistics Group Inc. management in writing.
- Any approved refund may take up to 30 business days to process.

4. Returns of Goods or Shipments
Because Expo Logistics Group Inc. operates as a logistics service provider — not a retailer — we do not accept “returns” in the traditional sense.
- Shipments that are refused, undeliverable, or require redirection will be subject to additional transportation or storage fees.
- Any return shipping arrangements will be handled as a new shipment, billed according to current rates and terms.
5. Disputes
Any disputes related to billing, service quality, or delivery must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Failure to notify Expo Logistics Group Inc. within this period will constitute full acceptance of the services rendered and associated charges.
6. Non-Refundable Fees
The following charges are strictly non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or delay:
- Freight, handling, or drayage fees once shipment has been accepted or dispatched.
- Storage fees, including warehouse handling and booth storage.
- Customs brokerage, documentation, and administrative fees.
- Show-site labor, installation, or dismantling services.
7. Management Discretion
Expo Logistics Group Inc. reserves the right to review and decide any case on an individual basis. Any exception to this policy requires written approval from management. Verbal authorizations or informal communications are not valid for refund or return consideration.
8. Policy Updates
Expo Logistics Group Inc. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of this policy will always be available on our official website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
